Hail Service Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Hail Transport Corp.("Company"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our ride-hailing platform ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

5.1. Fares are calculated based on LTFRB approved pricing model.

5.2. Users agree to pay for rides through the Platform using approved payment methods.

 

6. Promotions and Discounts

6.1. The Company may offer promotions or discounts at its discretion.

6.2. Promotions and discounts may be subject to specific terms and conditions.

 

7. Refunds and Cancellations

7.1. Refunds may be issued in accordance with Hail refund policy.

7.2. Cancellations may be subject to Hail cancellation policy.

 

8. Safety and Conduct

8.1. Users are responsible for their own safety during rides.

8.2. Users must comply with safety and conduct guidelines provided by the Company.

 

9. Insurance and Liability

9.1. The Company may provide insurance coverage for rides, subject to policy terms approved by LTFRB.

9.2. Users are responsible for their own liability for any damages or incidents.

 

10. Intellectual Property

10.1. All intellectual property rights related to the Platform belong to the Company.

10.2. Users may not use the Company's trademarks or copyrighted material without permission.

 

11. Data Privacy and Security

11.1. The Company collects and uses user data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

11.2. The Company implements security measures to protect user data.

 

12. Termination and Suspension

12.1. The Company may suspend or terminate access to the Platform for violation of these Terms.

 

13. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
